02Your cards in the iPhone app
The app creates cards on your device. Card messages, names, signatures, dates, selected designs and recent occasions are stored locally to restore your draft and preferences. WishBest does not upload this content to a server or require an account.
The current app has no advertising or analytics SDK. Its card artwork and greeting library are bundled with the app, so creating and exporting a card can work offline.
04Using the website
The interactive card demo processes the words you type in your browser. We do not submit those words to a server or include them in analytics. The website stores your selected language locally until you clear it or choose “Follow system”. It remembers your analytics decision for 180 days and then asks again.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. To deliver pages and protect the service, it processes technical connection data such as IP addresses, request details and browser information. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page performance and aggregate usage measurements. This separate, cookieless service does not use the Google Analytics consent setting. 05Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page views and basic visit activity, including page titles and paths, browser or device information, language, approximate location and a cookie-based identifier. We use this to understand and improve the website.
We do not send your card text, URL query parameters or URL fragments to Google Analytics. Google Signals, advertising personalization and enhanced measurement are disabled. We do not sell personal information or use this data for targeted advertising.
You can use the website without allowing Google Analytics. Open at any time to change your choice. Refusing or withdrawing stops future Google Analytics collection and removes its cookies from this site. It does not retroactively delete already collected reports. 06Storage, deletion and your choices
Your app draft remains on your device until it is replaced or the app and its data are deleted. Deleting the app does not delete cards already saved to Photos, shared elsewhere, or included in existing backups; manage those copies in the relevant service.
Clear this website’s browser data to remove the language preference, consent record and remaining cookies. Website service and analytics data are retained according to their configured reporting, security and provider retention periods. Support messages are kept only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Email support@wishbest.app to make a request. We may need information to identify the relevant records; we cannot retrieve card drafts stored only on your device.
07Service providers and security
Cloudflare, Google (when you opt in), Apple and the sharing services you choose may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their own policies describe their processing and safeguards. If you email us, your email address and message are used to respond to you through email service providers.
We use HTTPS to deliver the website and limit the data our features send. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in cards or support messages that you do not wish to share.
08Children and policy updates
WishBest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.
We may update this policy when the product or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be explained on the website or in the app as appropriate.
